• Perform comprehensive Project Planning / Scheduling, Progress monitoring/reporting / Contract Awareness and Time Management functions. Prepare Cost Estimates / Budgets, Cost Forecast / Cost Reports. Report monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD), Monthly Invoice Payment / Accruals and highlight areas of concern for management consideration and action.
• Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management expertise to the Project Team.
• Collaborate with OIE Planning / Cost Team to plan and implement projects
• Review project changes to evaluate detail schedule impact, advice on any potential concerns and when necessary, provide guidance on, corrective action / measures to mitigate.
• Prepare High Level cost estimate to support Management of Change (MOC) process and ensure budget is approved on time to meet the business plan.
• Ensures clear understanding of the Project Controls methodologies.
• Review and Evaluate Contractor Cost Time Resources (CTRs) and prepare internal estimate to support both Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations.
• Create Release Order in SAP which serves as Work instruction for executing the job. Prepare Service Entry Sheets (SES) in SAP system for the VOWD against Release Orders for invoice processing and payments.
• Able to work pro-actively under own initiative with minimum supervision.

Your Tasks

• Develop and maintain the Master Schedule/ Individual Projects Schedules to monitor and report periodic progress to management on a consistent basis.
• Provide planning support for the tendering and contract award process as required by Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Review and validate the planning package deliverable developed by Contractors for compliance with project planning & controls procedures and to ensure data consistency/quality.
• Track, monitor the Value of Work Done (VOWD). Identify project critical areas, cost/budget forecast and early warnings throughout the Project Life Cycle Value (PLCV).
• Validate Contractor progress measurement and ensure Contractors invoices are paid in accordance to COMPANY Finance / Accounting Procedure.
• Keep / maintain records for change control, trends and change log. Assist the Project Team in their daily management of Project Controls activities.
• Prepare monthly cost / budget reports and bi-weekly progress dashboards to Project Management Team / COMPANY Senior Management.
• Provide input to the Integrated Planning (IP) efforts to help with offshore 6 week look ahead works.
• Endorse/ Reject claimed cumulative value of work done in Contractor invoices, as applicable.
• Key accountability for maintenance of Project Master Plans and Integrated Planning System for all assigned Projects.
• Endorse/ Reject claimed cumulative value of work done in Contractor invoices, as applicable.
• Determine estimated Project Completion Date and time impact assessment for Technical Deviation Requests (TDR)/ Change Impact Notes (CIN).
• Act on behalf of COMPANY as nominated representative with commensurate responsibility for all planning related matters pertaining to assigned projects.
• Provide input on required key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor budget / cost performance and forecast trends.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline, a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cost Engineering and Project Management in the Oil and Gas
• Industries and offshore Projects.
• Expert knowledge in Planning, Scheduling and Cost Engineering activities including Schedule preparation and Cost estimation at various phases of the Project.
• Should be a great team player.
• Should be proficient in spoken & written English.
• Able to read/understand engineering drawings / work packs, well developed analytical skills and very good knowledge of internationally acceptable norms.
• Good computer skills and proficient user of PRIMAVERA (P6) / MS PROJECT planning software, SAP, Excel, Power Point etc.
