Description

• Ability to effectively carry out site and workshop overhaul, repair installation, and commissioning services for all centrifugal pumps.
• Be the first point of contact for allocated customers in respect of any issues relating to agreed on-site scopes of work.
• Assess mechanical problems and take action to resolve them promptly.
• Be responsible for on-site Health & Safety at the work site during the duration of the job.
• Compile on-site Risk Assessments for scopes of work.
• Provide continuous improvement in repair, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Develop and maintain good and effective relationships with clients to optimize further service opportunities.
• Liaise with technical departments within OEM to develop engineering solutions.
• Train customers in the proper procedures for operating and maintaining centrifugal pumps.
• Compilation of comprehensive site reports in line with the company quality management system

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5-7 years of working on centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment.

Skills

• Proficient in English
• Experience working in the Middle East will be considered an advantage
• Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings, pump performance curves and schematics
• Certified mechanical engineer, with proven expertise in centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment
• Proficient in MS Office.
