Plan, directed, and lead the Facilities Management (Maintenance) and multi-disciplined Engineering section and processes supporting the core business of Facilities Management (Facilities Services Divisions) to ensure the delivery of necessary professional services to QatarEnergy at the required quality and safety standards

• Provide the most acceptable working environment for its employees and their activities and typically focus on using best management practices to maximize performance, and minimize operational costs while increasing the productivity environment
• Ensuring that requirements for customers and asset integrity are met

Requirements

• 10+ years in design/construction/maintenance of facilities/buildings/infrastructure/electricity / HVAC / waste management/water supply / environmental / roads works etc. including at least 7 years in a supervisory position
• Experience in heading contracts/admin/project/maintenance team
• Knowledge/exposure to budgeting and administrative procedures
• Excellent time management and priority-setting skills

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Master’s in Engineering – preferred
