
Team Leader – Reservations

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Reservations Team Leader is responsible to assist the Revenue Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in luxury hotel operations. Good customer service, communications, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
