Writing and producing presentations and reports; Recording Minutes of Meetings/Updating Documents/ Maintain Filing and Inventory; Coordinate the handling and movement of items from and to, the PR Stores; Maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals of PR items; Should Having a Valid Qatari Driving License or is able to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations or business Management with minimum 5 years’ experience in events and protocol or a related field in a reputable organization;
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Arabic;
- Positive attitude to work in a multicultural environment;
- MS Office advanced knowledge;
- Ability to write business or technical reports, presentations or relevant correspondences;
- Effective teamwork.
