
Senior Loyalty Currency Officer

As a Senior Loyalty Currency Officer, you will be responsible for improving the Cash+Avios solution, drive B2C Avios sales and overseeing the partnerships with related vendors.
Other Key Responsibilities Are
- Monitor and improve the performance of Avios retailing (Buy, Gift, Accelerate, Transfer)
- Decide rates of BGT business and maintain a healthy margin
- Plan sales promotions
- Improve tracking and reporting tools for BGT
- Manage relationships with platform providers and explore best solutions
- Collaborate with respected teams for profitability and improvement of C+A solutions
- Help expand C+A throughout the Qatar Airways Group
- Track margin of C+A business, suggest action items
Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Loyalty Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential
- 4+ years of job-related experience
- Advanced-level analytical skills
- Understanding of loyalty programs and currencies
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Numeracy skills and good understanding of financials
