Job Description:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. And, can create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations

• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
• Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks
• Assessing bar guests’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset
• A degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred
• Background in Luxury Hotel and experience in French Restaurants is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate (ex. WSET)
