About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible to provide advice, processes and toolsets to identify, prioritize, orchestrate and lead the delivery of CI&T Programs required to change processes and create efficiency. Also, responsible to address priority C-suite issues with strategies to execute and deliver results with long-term value. This Job leads a team of Managers dedicated to identifying, leading and delivering Continuous Improvement and Transformation Programmes and projects as part of the end-to-end process reviews of the company. One of the key aspects is to introduce the process improvement and Lean best practices, culture change, tools and methodology to the initiatives and projects ensuring a standard process is applied across the portfolio.

Below Are Some Of The Key Accountabilities

  • Orchestrate and lead the continuous strategic planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of QR processes activities, the delivery of required performances and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that QR goals and objectives are met
  • Provide critical thinking and influence by helping to link the company’s strategic agenda to the resulting execution plan.
  • Provides guidance and counsel in the development of long-term and short-term plans involving strategic development, resource allocation, work plans, timelines, and financial outcomes.
  • Formulate whenever required, CI&T policies and lead their implementation.
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for dashboards, process mapping, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), baselines and challenging targets, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train, coach and mentor Lean Yellow, Green and Black Belts
  • Cooperate with IT and Digital departments to facilitate the introduction innovative solutions
  • Improve strategy execution by ensuring integration with other key departments ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Work closely with VP CI&T in planning, managing and communicating priorities for the change initiatives.
  • Act as a Strategic CI&T Business Partner for Senior Leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead at least one Large Scale project per year.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices related to business transformation.
  • Identify opportunities with initial scoping and then constantly apply Lean and Six Sigma analysis to monitor processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the way QR operates through the implementation of processes and systems that improve Finance functions.
  • Drive performance management and continuous improvement initiatives for optimization of the operations.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 10 years of job-related experience.
  • Previous consulting experience preferably with large corporations.
  • Demonstrated practical and strategic leadership experience in a Lean and continuous improvement culture.
  • Experience with exposure to a culture of continuous improvement and the ability to work at all levels across the organization.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or above would be a plus
  • Experience implementing large-scale initiatives and tracking results
  • Degree in Business, Mathematics, or Engineering from a top-tier institution
  • Relevant experience in a procurement and/or finance organization performing similar duties
  • Project and change management experience.
  • Experience in the design and improvement of processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required; the Ability to recommend alternative solutions and translate complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping; application of these principles to solving complex business problems
  • Proven track record of setting direction, leading large-scale projects and engaging teams
  • Driving Business Performance and Change
  • Strong understanding of End to End business improvements
