About The Role
As Government & Stakeholder Manager you will be Working in close cooperation with all relevant Government Agencies to develop suitable Operational Solutions with respect, but not limited to:
Security, MOI, Immigration and other (Government) services. Adjusts current operations for improvements to cope with operational requirements and to ensure that their future HIA operations will commence successfully.
- Manage implementation of improvement project start to implementation and periodical operational performance review.
- Ensures that each Government /Third Party Stakeholder in conjunction with the Training Coordinator that
- all required training activities, time scales for its implementation are agreed.
- Plans new and efficient working practices, organizes their testing and ensures that they are embedded to enable Stakeholders to operate.
- Evaluate process-based or configuration/layout-based solutions for relevant Government Agencies operations to capacity issues via the use of simulations and specialized applications, and in coordination with end-users/other process participants.
About You:
Essential
- Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Arabic language both spoken and written.
- Ability to produce accurate work and reports sometimes under tight timescales. Good analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented approach to problems
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
