Fire Fighting Engineer – QCDD & UPDA approval (A/B)

Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience 8 years and above

1 – Installs and troubleshoots fire protection system (Sprinkler, Fire Hose Reel, Fire Pump, FM 200 System, Mechanical ventilation, Fire Doors etc.

2 – Performs system testing and signal verification.

3 – Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.

4 – Ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.

5 – Must have a strong work ethic

6 – Must be detail-oriented

7 – Coordinate with Clients and ability to solve the problems

8 – Must have Qatar Driving License

9 – Must have QCDD & UPDA approval (A/B)

10 – Provide technical supervision at site for inspection, testing and maintenance of fire alarm system jobs by the CONTRACTOR and recommend improvement. Lead and manage the team for the planned maintenance and reactive work and ensure timely completion of WORK within allocated resources.

11 – Have Good Knowledge of the fire pump testing

12 – Familiar for preparation of fire fighting system maintenance Reports

13 – Good Knowledge of NFPA and QCDD Regulations

14 – Good Knowledge of Fire hydrant & FM 200 SYSTEM Testing

QCDD Certification
Qatar drivi- ng License
Experience in Fire Fighting system maintenance & Especially in the Qatar Gas accommodation building at Al Khor
Fire Pump Commissioning / Trouble shooting experience.
