Our client is currently looking to hire an Associate – Construction Disputes to be based in Doha, Qatar.

Key Requirements:

  • Circa 2 to 4 PQE
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating real estate and construction contractual documentation is preferable
  • Experience of FIDIC based Construction Contracts (including other main standard forms), consultant appointments, and collateral warranties preferable
  • Wider experience in EPC contracts, operational and maintenance agreements, and project agreements would be beneficial but not essential
  • The good remuneration package on offer
