We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Asst Manager Training.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of our riders,
ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your
primary focus will be on improving rider performance, safety, and customer service, ultimately
contributing to the success of our online food delivery operations.
What’s On Your Plate?
● Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for riders, covering areas such as
delivery protocols, customer service, safety guidelines, and efficient route planning.
● Conduct training sessions, both in-person and online, to ensure riders understand their
responsibilities, company policies, and best practices.
● Create engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules,
to enhance the learning experience and ensure knowledge retention.
● Assess the effectiveness of training programs through testing, evaluations, and rider
feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.
● Monitor rider performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to address any areas
of improvement, focusing on efficiency, timeliness, professionalism, and adherence to safety
● Collaborate with the operations team to identify performance gaps and develop targeted
training interventions to address specific areas of improvement.
● Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to rider training
and incorporate relevant advancements into training programs.
● Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing rider training and

enhance their skills and knowledge.
● Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate
the effectiveness of rider training initiatives.

training programs with overall business objectives and operational requirements.
● Collaborate with the HR team to develop career development plans and progression
pathways for riders, supporting their growth within the organization.
What Did We Order?
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
● Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the context of
rider operations or logistics.
● Strong knowledge of online food delivery operations and the specific challenges faced by
riders in the industry.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information
effectively and engage a diverse audience.
● Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, develop training materials, and deliver
engaging and impactful training sessions.
● Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple
training initiatives simultaneously.
● Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to evaluate training
effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
● Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering a positive and
