Job Description

• Coordinate incubation programs to support startups through their early stages of growth.
• Coordinate training programs, incubation services, demo days, fundraising events, mentorship, and guidance programs for startups.
• Identify partnership opportunities and onboard partners with a solid reach-out strategy.
• Scout startups for the incubation programs offered by the center.
• Organize and facilitate events and workshops that strengthen relationships with investors, mentors, and other stakeholders in Qatar’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, industry experts, and other stakeholders to help startups access resources and gain visibility.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to startups’ incubation programs
• ·         Coordinate with other teams within the center to ensure that incubation programs are integrated with other initiatives and resources offered by the center.
• Collaborate with other members/ecosystems to create a supportive and inclusive community for startups.
• Onboard sponsors and partners for various programs related to startups by reaching out to enterprises, consultants, foundations, and universities.

Good to have skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field – Preferred Fresher
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good presentation skills and creative thinking
• Passionate problem solver, go-getter, and outgoing character
• Excellent English level, both written and verbal. Arabic language is a plus.
