We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of our online marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for devising and executing creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate high-quality leads to support our business growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain our company’s website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand message.
- Utilize social media channels to foster brand awareness, build a community, and engage with followers to strengthen customer relationships.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, automation workflows, and segmenting the audience for targeted messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Analyze competitors’ digital marketing efforts and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer reviews and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and visuals that align with the brand image and enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience in Adobe programs or photography is a plus.
