Key Responsibilities

• Oversea & Managing maintain and repair HVAC and chiller systems mainly centrifugal chillers types, water-cooled, for commercial property.
• Oversea and monitor require diagnoses, repair of electronic, mechanical electrical components of these system with technical team
• Work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer.
• Ensure the performance of preventive maintenance on all building equipment is completed within the allotted schedule.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, and calibrate the system to manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Follow-up with technicians about maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment
• Follow-up with technical staff about Document all equipment and maintenance make, model, serial number, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.

Skills

• Degree in Engineering, specialized in Refrigerating and Air-conditioning
• 5 years relevant experience in Large well known HVAC maintenance and services such as Carrier / YORK
• Technically qualified with HVAC or Mechanical engineering
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
