Junior – Mid level

Responsible to implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. Identify target markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.

Accountabilities & Key Roles

• Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential areas for growth.
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to showcase the organization’s services. Understand customer requirements, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome.
• Handle objections and overcome hurdles to successfully close sales deals.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations.
• Collect sales data, track progress against sales targets, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Monitor and report market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s services. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, including customer details, interactions, and transactions.
• Stay updated on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and service advancements through training programs, workshops, and self-learning.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This may include revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Support in conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, understand customer needs, and gather competitive intelligence.

Job Qualifications

• BSc in Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Engineering OR Medical Education Background
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant experience preferably in Qatar
• Valid Driving License
• Language Proficiency in English and Arabic
