Roles & Responsibilities

Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions

• Configure and customize SharePoint systems according to company specifications
• Design, build and manage scalable web applications with forms, web parts, and application technologies with secure
• Review website interface, software stability and troubleshoot software issues
• Experience working on Medium to Large-Scale SharePoint Farms: Understanding of publishing features in SharePoint and experience working with Master Pages, Page Layouts, Themes and CSS
• In-depth understanding of UI and UX design and development
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Provide consultation, business analysis, project management, and leadership on multiple projects of varying duration, size, and complexity
• Orchestrate and facilitate training and learning sessions for community on all platform services including knowledge transfer
• Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in teamwork environment

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experiences SharePoint Server 2007/2010/2013/2019/Microsoft Office 365 in the analysis, design, implementation, and management of web-based
• applications
• Experience in programming .NET framework, MS Dynamics 365, MS Power Apps, C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL/SQL, XLM, JAVA, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, REACT JS, jQuery, and web services
• Experience working with AWS Services such as Amazon S3, Aurora, RedShift, EC2 instances and Mark Logic database is required
• Experience in Agile development including coaching on agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills are required
• Experience in business analysis, process mapping and ability to shape business questions with minimal guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to drive tasks across diverse team
• Self-motivated, independent, willing to ask questions, offer up new ideas/initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Possess leadership skills and ability to be led in a manner that is healthy to our positive and productive work environment.
