Job Summary:
- Develop, implement, and execute a winning sales strategy
- Ability to build a scalable and high-performing team of real estate brokers
- Managing real estate developers relationships
- Creating a portfolio of the most in demand real estate projects to promote to investors
- Solid network of existing and potential clients and connections
- Keeping up to date with market trends, project launches and investment options
- Arranging site visits with clients to view properties when required
- Must have an outgoing and sociable personality with the ability to establish rapport quickly when reaching out to potential buyers in the market
- Great understanding of customers needs and expectations
- Market research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
- Excellent negotiation and deal closing skills
- Self-motivated and career oriented to meet set targets
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in Real Estate brokerage firm/s with a focus on Secondary, off-plan property sales to local and international clients plus Rental Markets
- Experience in leading a sales team as a Sales Manager or Sales Director
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with Real Estate developers
- Attentive, highly organized, and passionate for real estate
- Self-driven individual with a positive attitude
- Must be proactive, task-oriented and self-driven
- Good computer skills including knowledge of CRM systems
- Valid Qatari Driving license and car
