Position

Maintain technical oversight, analyze and benchmark the operational performance of GTL PSA and JV Operators (Pearl GTL, Oryx GTL) to identify potential gaps and recommend actions to improve / optimize plant performance related to product yields, energy efficiency, cost optimization and facility reliability & availability. Provide guidance and leadership during the implementation of strategic initiatives in PSA and JV Operators.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. At Least 15 years technical/operation experience in oil & gas operating facilities including 10 years in refining operating facilities ( preferably 5-10 years in GTL facilities) with proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  2. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
