Role Accountabilities:
The role holder is responsible to monitor, drive, align, rework, redesign, negotiate, execute all project activities relating to:
- Transaction execution
- Legal execution
- Financial execution
- Regulatory lobbying
- Go-to-market
- Transfer plan and organization
- Setting up IT operations
- Facility optimization and expansion
- Operating model
- Tax structures and execution
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master Degree
- Fluent English – Arabic and French is a plus
- 8-10 years experience working in Big-4, specifically in the areas of transformation, restructuring, carve outs, etc.
- Must have worked in developing markets, ideally in a multinational environment
- Experience in driving end-to-end transformation programs, with responsibility for multiple streams and people
- Experience in Telco industry projects and or industry is preferable but not essential
- Good understanding of the link between valuation drivers for the Adjacencies & Projects and the operational questions at hand
- Creating buy-in with stakeholders on the working level and influencing capability to the level up
- Solid understanding of what needs to be done to build a new entity
- Ability to establish solid relations across Vendors, Operators, 3rd party etc.
