Role Accountabilities:

The role holder is responsible to monitor, drive, align, rework, redesign, negotiate, execute all project activities relating to:

• Transaction execution
• Legal execution
• Financial execution
• Regulatory lobbying
• Go-to-market
• Transfer plan and organization
• Setting up IT operations
• Facility optimization and expansion
• Operating model
• Tax structures and execution

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree
• Fluent English – Arabic and French is a plus
• 8-10 years experience working in Big-4, specifically in the areas of transformation, restructuring, carve outs, etc.
• Must have worked in developing markets, ideally in a multinational environment
• Experience in driving end-to-end transformation programs, with responsibility for multiple streams and people
• Experience in Telco industry projects and or industry is preferable but not essential
• Good understanding of the link between valuation drivers for the Adjacencies & Projects and the operational questions at hand
• Creating buy-in with stakeholders on the working level and influencing capability to the level up
• Solid understanding of what needs to be done to build a new entity
• Ability to establish solid relations across Vendors, Operators, 3rd party etc.
