Role Accountabilities:

  • Support change management and user adoption by working closely with the Digital Transformation change management, training, design, and deployment support teams to develop appropriate and effective messaging for internal audiences
  • Supervise and support the development of the training strategy
  • Supervise and support the development of the training plan
  • Supports coaching and training related to ESS program
  • Review and provide robust assurance of training materials.
  • Supervise and support the delivery of the train the trainers
  • Responsible for the end users training
  • Assess the quality of the conducted training sessions and training material for all involved OpCos to ensure a comprehensive training curriculum that will support end users in the transition
  • Responsible for ensuring full knowledge transfer to Ooredoo resources including delivery of all program documents

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8 years of Training Strategy & Implementation Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Transformation experience
  • Minimum 3 years in sector industry
  • Experience in consulting, worked as change agent, communication management lead
  • Should have been involved in delivery of projects or programs in the nature of ERP implementations, system deployment and/or large-scale organizational change
  • Sound capability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Experience and knowledge of desktop publishing, web-based communications, and web page development
  • Experience in creating an environment of change, run programs, communication letters and periodicals in news magazine, initiated programs of branding for both building awareness and embracing the change. Work across diverse cultures and geographies
  • Proven track record of business improvement
  • High performing individual in a line management position, with strong standing to be perceived as peer for most management levels
  • Understanding of functional areas and/or products associated with specific initiative
  • Ability to drive change management work stream in a project context with limited guidance
  • Sound business judgment to ensure cultural aspirations are well integrated in performance improvement activities
  • Sufficient financial knowledge to understand business cases and consequences on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Ability to coach and train, including conducting group and one to one training
  • High level of energy and creativity for transformation, willingness to go the extra mile
