Role Accountabilities:

  • Support change management and user adoption by working closely with the Digital Transformation change management, training, design, and deployment support teams to develop appropriate and effective messaging for internal audiences
  • Review, provide guidance on change and communication plan prepared by the SI
  • Supervise and support the development of change management strategy and relevant tools and templates
  • Supervise and support the development of a structured change management methodology in coordination with Ooredoo group and OpCos,
  • Supervise and support the development of change readiness assessment
  • Supervise and support coaching and training related activities to change management methodology
  • Supervise and support the development of the Communication strategy and execution

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master Degree
  • 7 years of Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Transformation experience
  • Minimum 3 years in sector industry
  • Experience in consulting, worked as change agent, communication management lead
  • Should have been involved in delivery of projects or programs in the nature of ERP implementations, system deployment and/or large-scale organizational change
  • Sound capability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Experience and knowledge of desktop publishing, web-based communications, and web page development
  • Experience in creating an environment of change, run programs, communication letters and periodicals in news magazine, initiated programs of branding for both building awareness and embracing the change. Work across diverse cultures and geographies
  • Proven track record of business improvement
  • High performing individual in a line management position, with strong standing to be perceived as peer for most management levels
  • Understanding of functional areas and/or products associated with specific initiative
  • Ability to drive change management work stream in a project context with limited guidance
  • Sound business judgment to ensure cultural aspirations are well integrated in performance improvement activities
  • Sufficient financial knowledge to understand business cases and consequences on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Ability to coach and train, including conducting group and one to one training
  • High level of energy and creativity for transformation, willingness to go the extra mile
