Hiring for a Factory in a new industrial area – Sr. Sales (Projects) as below: –
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing is a must (Master preferred).
- Strong business knowledge, Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Ability to effectively research new markets.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting research and analyzing companies/projects data to identify the sales leads.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads, and market opportunities via market research and initiate contact.
- Develop and create new proposals, and quotations for existing clients and also make cold calls for new business leads.
- Planning and overseeing innovative marketing initiatives.
- Manage and maintain Client portfolios of existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with Clients to identify future Recruitment/Placement opportunities.
- Request Interview schedules with Recruiters.
- Send the candidate’s resume to the clients for feedback, availability of the candidate prior interview and confirmation via email.
- Update clients on hiring status (e.g., number of screened candidates).
- Updated client database as per company CRM and maintained Data confidentiality.
- Meeting clients to submit and receive business transactions.
- Facilitate work-related equipment to the Outsourced Staff at client premises.
- Providing training to subordinate Business Developers. Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
Experience:
- Business Development / Sales: 5++ years (Required), in mattress or any relative (projects).
- Nationality / Arabic
- Qatar Driving License (Required)
