The ideal candidate

• MA in Educational Leadership
• Or NPQH
• Bed Degree or Degree with PGCE in your specialism subject
• Prior leadership experience in a similar role
• Experience with the British Curriculum
• Experience leading a All-through International School
• Excellent management and people skills
