Your day-to-day:
- Received food from the kitchen and prepares setup in the buffet and handles refills accordingly.
- Manages stock levels of dry food items utilized in the cafeteria.
- Washes, scrubs, and maintains kitchen and related walls and floors.
- Operates dishwashing machine to manufacturer’s specifications and instructions.
- Washes and scrubs pots and pans used in the kitchen.
- Arranges chinaware, and silver in store rooms and shelves.
- Empties various garbage cans as appropriate.
- Assists kitchen personnel as required.
- Adopts the “Clear as you Go” method of working.
- Complies with IHC Hygiene and Sanitation standards.
- Complies with Hotel’s Health, Safety, and Hygiene policy.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors
- Complies with international, local, and hotel Health, Safety, and Hygiene policies.
What we need from you:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A friendly and honest personality .
- Strong customer service and team working skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
