Rewards Associate

1 year extendable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Mathematics
  • Minimum 3+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience
  • Administers employee insurance programs including Life, Medical, and other such benefits
  • Provide information about different benefit programs and process applications to all HR Service Team as required
  • Validate employee requests such as advance, dependent information, education allowance, vacation allowance etc.
  • Should have proficiency in MS package as well as with Qatar Labor Laws & Regulations
  • Maintain Career Stack, standard operating procedure and other documentation required for the business
  • HRIS / SAP knowledge is an advantage.
