The ideal Sous Chef will accomplish their tasks by monitoring the daily functions of the Culinary department, including providing support and guidance to the culinary team, ending in a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments Strong knowledge in Pastry and Bakery Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow Ability to work under pressure Excellent English
