Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Executive with extensive experience in partnership development and management, particularly in the travel industry, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new corporate and government partnerships, as well as maintaining existing partnerships to meet revenue targets. They will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure that all partnerships are executed effectively and efficiently.


  • Identify and develop new corporate and government partnerships to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure continued business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
  • Manage partner expectations and ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop and execute partnership plans.
  • Provide regular reports on partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up to date on industry trends.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or partnership management, with a proven track record of success, preferably in the travel industry
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English language
  • Good knowledge of doing presentations and using Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
  • Valid driving license in Qatar.
  • Extensive experience working with corporate and government organizations in Qatar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
