
Business Development Manager – Al Mubarakiya Corner Est

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our operations in Qatar and help us grow our business in the region.
Responsibilities:
•Manage all aspects of our business operations in Qatar, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
•Develop and execute a business plan to drive growth and profitability in the region.
•Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the region.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and supply contracts.
•Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, as well as our company’s policies and procedures.
•Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
•Report regularly to senior management on the performance of the Qatar branch.
Requirements:
•At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing operations and growing business in the region
•Experience in the IFR coveralls industry, with at least 2 years of experience in the industry
Strong understanding of safety regulations and requirements for IFR coveralls.
•Experience in bidding for tenders and securing supply contracts with contractors and other customers.
•Strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Fluent in English and Arabic.
