Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, both in person and online.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress.
- Receive clients in the reception of the fitness club and give tours to potential clients.
- Convert leads into sign-ups by effectively communicating the benefits of membership.
Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think creatively and develop new business opportunities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
