Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, both in person and online.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress.
  • Receive clients in the reception of the fitness club and give tours to potential clients.
  • Convert leads into sign-ups by effectively communicating the benefits of membership.

Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop new business opportunities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
