General Requirements

• Bachelor degree in science / engineering or relevant subject,
• Chartered Member of a relevant professional body (e.g. Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, IAM, ICE or equivalent),
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Highways sector.
• Recognized expertise in assigned field. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage.
• Computer literate using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum.

Specific Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in asset planning and generating a Highways Asset Management Plan (or equivalent),
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle planning, In depth technical knowledge of the following asset groups – Highways, Roads, Structures,
• Familiar with planning processes and methodologies in both production and operational environment, asset risk and financial analysis.
