We are seeking a Student Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and attract top students to our institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment events, and building relationships with high schools and other educational institutions.
- Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our institution.
- Plan and execute recruitment events, such as college fairs, campus visits, and virtual events.
- Build relationships with high schools and other educational institutions to promote our institution and increase visibility.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to create compelling recruitment materials and messaging.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage a team of recruitment coordinators and provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process for prospective students.
- Represent the institution at external events and conferences related to student recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, education, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in student recruitment or related field.
- Experience leading a team and managing budgets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the higher education landscape and recruitment trends.
- Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours, as needed.
