With us you will:

  • Be the link between direct sales team and zonal sales manager and own the team leader role responsibilities
  • Responsible for delivering Zonal and territory Sales Targets through Direct Sales team
  • Responsible for finding sales opportunity and getting the necessary approval
  • Identifying business opportunities & holding regular pipeline review meetings with the team.
  • Training sales team on sales techniques, administration and product, planning, executing, and managing sales strategies Effective management of churn and retention of customers
  • Support the zonal manager in managing the day-to-day operations, quality of sales and compliance errors.
  • Manage Lead Generation for the channel

Apply if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant from a reputed university.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a sales advisor or other customer service/sales role
  • Experience in handling cash
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
  • Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints
  • Professionalism and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Good physical endurance
