The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is To

The Partner Marketing Executive will lead the commercial side of our marketing activities. With the support of the Account Management and Acquisitions team, he/she will put together carefully drafted campaigns for specific merchants, ensuring the growth and exposure of these merchants throughout the app and on our social media, while at the same time capitalizing on these campaigns through NCR (non-commission revenue). Additionally, he/she will be responsible for the procurement and management of influencers and promoting the influencer’s services to our merchants, carefully understanding the follower base of each influencer and matching it with the right merchant. Last but not least, he/she will own the Corporate Offers part of the business, leading the expansion of it by liaising with Account Managers and merchants and onboarding the latter on the offering.

(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of influencers
  • Spearhead the implementation of new projects
  • Key liaison between the commercial and marketing teams
  • Keep the customer experience in check at all times
  • Train merchants and account managers on new marketing opportunities
  • Charter marketing plans for the accounts on the platform
  • Upsell services like premium positioning, offers, banners etc.
  • Devise growth strategies for the accounts
  • Troubleshooting
  • Growing the corporate offers available
  • Data analysis to charter the best way forward

Do you have some of these?:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or marketing department of a tech startup, MNC
  • The above experience should be in customer-facing roles
  • Experience with influencers and social media is a must
  • Well-versed in data analysis and reporting
  • Comfortable working in a non-structured environment
  • Crisis management skills
  • Experience with B2B negotiations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, economics, finance, or marketing. Masters is a plus
  • English and Arabic proficiency
