Your day-to-day:

• Assist guests to their tables and offer them drinks and cold towel
• Takes care of the guest and ensure the cleanliness of their table.
• Ensures all relevant SOPs are adhered to for consistent level of service.
• Knowledgeable of the hotel outlets’ promotions/opening hours/ services offered as well as other facilities.
• Monitors and record guests’ movements in the outlet.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position in 4-5* Hotel or Resort.
• Proficient in English and Arabic both in writing and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
