Your Day to Day

As the Outlet Public Relations Manager, you will create and maintain a positive public image of our nightlife venue. Through guest relations, you will foster strong network and client relationships among our guests, visitors and potential clients through consistent delivery of impeccable and luxury experience in line with the hotel standards. You will actively support our social media programs and activities to effectively and efficiently increase awareness and shape public perception of the outlet to promote brand reputation whilst developing revenue opportunities and ensuring profitability. You will also support the floor operations as and when required.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
• Additional language is an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
