Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish business by identifying and maintaining relationships with clients
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
• To generate sales leads for skilled and unskilled manpower through existing and potential clients and send queries
• Make cold calls, prepare proposals, estimate business volume, negotiate, and co-ordinate Operations/HR Department to kick start the process
• Researching and analyzing sales options
• Experience with Qatar clients is essential and potential clients pipeline an advantage.

Experiences and Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferable
• Must have strong client relations and negotiation skills
• Experience in the industry of Manpower Recruitment is a must
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

• Qatar Driving License is mandatory
