Our client in Qatar is looking to hire HR Generalist (Filipino Nationality).

Requirements:

• Assist in developing Company’s HR policies and procedures in line with local labor law.
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
• Updating and maintaining payroll records.
• Maintenance of personnel system and leave management system.
• Liaising with staff and management on HR-related queries.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly reports.
• Locally Available with valid QID and NOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited University.
• Candidate must have Qatar experience and knowledge of Qatar labor law.
• Certification in Human Resources or equivalent would be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum three years’ HR Generalist/HR Officer Qatar experience is required.
• Qatar driving license would be an advantage.
• Experience in using HR tools and applications.
