Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Strategy & PMO Specialist.
Requirements:
9 years of experience of which 3 years in similar or entrepreneurial role.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar.
Knowledge on Transport Industry, Proficiency in MS Office application.
Overseeing the processes of training program by making a plan, update and maintain training records whilst also communicate with management for the training improvement process.
Optimize efficiency in documenting processes, reporting project progress, keeping track of deadlines, next steps and deliverables in order to provide the needed support for the leaders to make strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the company by taking the responsibility of planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating the assigned projects and strategies of the company while leading a Program of interrelated projects, execute and manage projects as well as organization-wide initiatives.
