Your Day to Day
As a Human Resources Officer, you will assist in the day to day HR operations and delivery of different HR functions including but not limited to administration, payroll, employee relations, etc. You will ensure that HR services are efficiently and effectively delivered to our colleagues.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Knowledge in Qatar Labor Law is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
- Additional language is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
