About the job
We are looking for experienced, commercially minded and target-driven retail managers to run our luxury furniture showrooms in Doha. Experience in luxury furniture would be preferred but we are happy to meet anyone who understands VIP customers and luxury retail. You need to be comfortable in a big-box environment where high AVT’s and not necessarily volume are important and where significant “low-traffic down-time” needs to be used effectively on market research, strong VM and working closely with our own interior designers to reach out to project driven, B2B and non-mall customers.
A proven track record in sales must be accompanied by a confident and articulate demeanor that makes you a credible leader and brand ambassador – you must possess bags of energy and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service levels and customer engagement.
While achieving sales targets will be your overriding priority, commercial awareness, strong planning & time-management skills, effective scheduling, and inventory management will play major roles in your day-to-day activities. You must possess an eye for detail as well as strong VM skills and the drive and determination to maximize AVT’s through cross-selling and up-selling across all our brands – you can view these on our website for That’s Living and the brands that we represent, and social media platforms for That’s Living Kids, Ambiance, Maya Paris, and Eclipse.
