We are an established locally owned and operated Advertising Agency based in Qatar, with a proven track record of top local and international brands across multiple sectors including: Automotive, Banking, Government initiatives, B2B, Sport & Recreation and Education. We are in need of a Social Media Manager who can connect with our customer base through multiple channels.

We work in a fast-paced market that occasionally requires irregular work hours and quick turnarounds, so flexibility is critical for success in this position. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in consumer preferences. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment. We are focused on creating world-class work that delivers on partners business objectives, while understanding how best we can deliver this, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.

Requirements:

  • A degree in communication, digital marketing or related field may be required
  • At least 5 years of experience managing social media platforms
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.
  • Knowledge of Creators Studio, Emplifi, Social Bakers, Hootsuite or similar programs to manage online postings and produce analytics reports
  • Intermediate photography and videography, plus editing skills using Adobe Creative Suites
  • Basic design, with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
  • Proficient in Social Media Analytics
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Preferably based in Qatar or GCC with an NOC

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Social Media strategy
  • Develop a monthly content plan
  • Create engaging content (multimedia and editorial) for all social media platforms
  • Develop and implement content and social media guidelines
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.
  • Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics
  • Deliver weekly and monthly analytics reports.
  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Event coverage on social channels
