Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Aspire Dome. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading dynamic, engaging, and effective group fitness classes for a diverse range of participants.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver Les Mills group fitness classes, including BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK, RPM, and other programs as required.
• Ensure that all classes are delivered to the highest standards, following the Les Mills guidelines and choreography.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for participants, catering to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Motivate and encourage participants, providing feedback and support to help them reach their fitness goals.
• Continuously assess and evaluate class participants to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and progress.
• Attend regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Current Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor license and certification.
• Proven experience as a group fitness instructor with a strong track record of delivering dynamic and engaging classes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate participants.
• Ability to adapt classes to cater to a wide range of fitness levels and abilities.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise science.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
