Job Description

Responsible for leading FP&A activities for CBU & COPs function including coordination with functional Heads

Driving planning / forecasting exercises and engage with functional heads in setting financial targets

Challenge, negotiate and influence the functional team in ensuring that chosen business strategies deliver the required shareholders value at an acceptable level of risk

Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic / long term planning, working closely with the Senior Management Team

Lead and direct the team to provide insightful financial analysis, challenge and support commercial teams in delivery their targets

Implementing / monitoring governance process for business case approvals & post investment reviews of commercial campaigns

Evaluate business cases and challenge commercial assumptions to ensure project viability

Identify & drive cost optimization initiatives across CBU & COPs functions

Lead and motivate the team to develop and enhance their own capability by encouraging a learning culture so that they can achieve their maximum potential.

Skills

7 years experience as a telecom operator

At least 4 years experience within FP&A or business partnering

Sound Accounting knowledge and strong business acumen

Demonstrated excellence in managing budgeting, control, business analytics and reporting

Skill in examining, developing, and recommending financial policies and procedures

Analytical & Process orientated

Qualifies Chartered Accountant (CA/ ACCA)
