Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Structural Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Doha, Qatar.

This position is responsible for overall scheduling, planning, developing design and specifications and other required documents related to structural design as well as mentoring junior engineers.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Providing technical capabilities in design review of complex structural engineering projects.
• Assert technical knowledge within the team and serve as a senior engineer for specific clients/projects when assigned by the Department Head.
• Assist junior staff with technical accuracy and quality assurance for projects.
• Provide guidance, training and supervision to professional technicians and support staff on a project basis.
• Provide high-quality service to clients in a flexible, innovative, responsive and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the minimum required standard of design and design documentation is achieved as defined in the Structural department QMS.

To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years career experience in buildings and Civil/infra and can cover concrete and steel building design, partnered with a Bachelor’s Degree qualification and valid UPDA license.

A minimum of 10 years of previous experience in a consultancy environment and a senior appointment within the last 3 years will be viewed favorably. Regional experience is also considered advantageous.
