• Transfer Specialist is entrusted with a great deal of responsibility to render good services to Desert Gate clients while ensuring client’s satisfaction to the maximum level. Therefore, they serve as representatives of the company to promote and maintain good client relationships and contribute to the success of the company.
• Check the assigned car for cleanliness inside and out, along with mechanical and engine conditions to ensure top shape prior to being deployed
• Observe shift attendance and assigned service schedules.
• Report any problem with the car to their direct superior for proper corrective action.
• Ensure complete knowledge of assigned routes between hotel and airport or city
• Assist clients with their baggage unless otherwise requested by the guest.
• Communicate location and traffic conditions with their direct superior should an issue arise
• Keep a list with all important numbers (airport, hotels, suppliers)
• Collect the Traffic Sheet 1 day prior schedule
• Re-check on Rep/Guide confirmed for the service
• Prepare daily report after the completion of the service.
• Report irregularities to the Operations team on the spot.
• Office clerical deliveries like cheques, Documents etc if any
• Prepare weekly Expense Report subject to approval from Management
• All jobs are to be done one time with appropriate attitude and attire representing the company’s image assuring client’s satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of working in Qatar
• 3-5 years of driving experience
• Experience in a similar role and sector will be highly advantageous
• Good Knowledge of the English language.
• Aware of Qatar driving rules and regulations.
• Service-oriented, resilient, proactive, hands-on personality
• Communicative and independent work style
• Qatar Driving License is a must.
