We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA team in their task to identify great talent, build a powerful employment brand and develop robust working relationships with candidates, vendors, and employees.

Job brief

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the TA team to identify the best talent from both internal and external sources in a timely manner. The TA Manager will be entrusted with an ongoing pursuit to discover new sources for talent, build a strong employment brand while creating great candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Develop recruitment strategies that recruit a diverse workforce
  • Build and lead employment branding initiatives
  • Implement measures to enhance our candidate experience
  • Assist with creating annual and project manpower planning
  • Ensuring we have relevant compensation data of the local market
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Create an effective target-driven environment for the team
  • Mentor and manage the recruiting team
  • Create the departmental SOP that effectively supports the business
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Forge strong working relationships with vendors

Requirements and skills

  • At least 3 years’ experience managing a successful recruitment team
  • Experience of recruiting high-quantity blue-collar roles in Qatar
  • Facilities Management, Construction, or similar industry experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
  • Understanding of effective selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Proven experience in working in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to overcome challenges to achieve success
  • A genuine passion for recruitment
