The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is To

Coordinate with the Snooners (our Drivers and Riders) in all administration-related activities and to provide excellent customer service in resolving issues and inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing

  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of Snooners (riders & drivers), including updating it on a regular basis.
  • Training the new members of the fleet and providing them an unmatchable onboarding experience.
  • Providing the right customer service to Snooners at our Operations office.
  • Implement a systematic protocol for conducting support-based functions at the office.
  • Gather feedback from Snooners and work on improving their experience with the company.
  • Making the Snooners happy to ensure that we’re their number one choice as a preferred company.
  • Gather market intelligence on existing players operating bike/car fleets for delivery.
  • Providing constant feedback to them for improvement.
  • Working on ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Do you have any of these?

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in logistics, administration or any related field.
  • Preferred experience of min 3 years in a similar role
  • Experience in the transportation industry will be highly desirable.
  • Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the analysis and reporting of data.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English – additional language will be an advantage.
