Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Training Planner/Program Coordinator.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar.

5 years of experience of which 2/3 in similar or entrepreneurial role. Knowledge on Transport Industry, Proficiency in MS Office application.

Overseeing the processes of training program by making a plan, update and maintain training records whilst also communicate with management for the training improvement process.

Oversee the training program and assessments to ensure they meet the training standards and requirements. Plan, implement, facilitate and monitor to ensure effective and smooth operation. Responsible new employee orientation and their training plan in order to achieve the standard accreditation qualification.

Familiarize associates with established training policies, procedures rules and regulations to ensure the standard capabilities. Maintain and update all required employee paperwork, including filing their training certifications/accreditation and all other training documentation to maintain the training status record. Turn over trainees in a timely manner to ensure the maximum operational requirements according to the standard.

Communicate regularly with the management, to identify training needs and align training with the company strategy to ensure the smooth and effective workflow. Work closely and efficiently with all other departments, particularly Human Resources to ensure the smooth and efficient. Handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner in order to achieve the training improvement process.

Promote and advance a learning culture within the organization.
