Finance Controller shall assist Senior Manager Finance in carrying out the responsibilities of the MIS Section of the Finance.

Main Duties Include

• Processing payments.
• Interact with Suppliers, Bankers and Amiri Flight staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to suppliers.
• Payment document verification and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Designing and implementation of “Deliverables” (service confirmation document) for departmental approvals.
• To provide any adhoc reports or requests from Management.
• Liaising with Ministry of Finance.
• Implementation of system controls.
• Accounts payables related functions as listed below:
• Cash Flow analysis.
• Preparation of Arabic letters for Management.
• Supplier creation in Oracle.
• Automation of manual processes.
• Ensuring adequate system controls are in place.
• Internal check & Site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance.
• CA/CPA advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in English and Arabic language.
• Knowledge of MIS and Fixed Assets.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of GL & Bank reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Process reviews and Controls.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedure.
• Knowledge of relevant ERP applications.
